Order Fulfillment

Shipping is free throughout the USA. We ship worldwide and shipping rates will be applied to all international shipments.  Any additional charges for duties or taxes on international shipments is the responsibility of the customer. We do not ship to third party shipping centers.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday between 9:30am - 3:00pm. Shipping typically takes 2-3 business days to arrive. International shipments will take longer to be delivered as they go through a different process (customs and duties).

We try to ship out the order on the same day that it is placed, however if the order is placed after 4pm, it will only ship the next business day. Holidays my result in shipping delays or longer shipping times due to high demand of the postal service.

Holidays & promotional events or sales may result in longer shipping times.

Sometimes the product runs out before the inventory is updated - this will result in a slight shipping delay. In this event we will reach out to let you know right away and make sure to fulfill the order asap.

All shipping fees paid to deliver the original order are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless we made an error on your shipment or the goods arrived damaged.
