Order Fulfillment

CandleX is pleased to offer free standard shipping within the continental United States on all orders. At this time, CandleX does not ship to third party freight forwarding or package forwarding services.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday between 9:30am - 4:00pm, excluding holidays. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day, and delivery typically occurs within 3 to 6 business days depending on the destination.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will generally be processed on the next business day.

During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high carrier volume, shipping and delivery times may be extended.

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Lost or Stolen Packages
CandleX is not responsible for packages that are reported as lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout.
Once a shipment has been confirmed as delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.

All shipping fees paid to deliver the original order are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless we made an error on your shipment or the goods arrived damaged.
